This is a gorgeous vintage beaded sweater, made in "The British Crown Colony of Hong Kong". It is wool and mohair and nylon and it is elaborately beaded all over the front with these flowers and vines in pink, blue, yellow and green. They look like sugar. The beads are glass, and are clear on the outside, with a colored core and it makes them look frosty and delicious.
