you know what helps?
so on a morning where you are rushing to get the kids off to school and feeling overwhelmed with work and lack of money and you accidentally start a small fire in your kitchen before you have even had tea, it helps to play old beastie boys really loudly after everyone is gone.
"got a peg leg at the end of my stump-a....."
that is all.

It's true! I actually revisited my love for Beastie Boys recently, too. It's great for working out, also, if you're into that sort of thing. Makes it feel a little more badass than walking in place surrounded by streaky haired chicks with Cosmopolitans and "Juicy" written across their sweatpanced buns.

"sweatpanced" is a great word!
I'll have to hook up the big speakers and maybe you will be able to hear the faint sounds of the beastie boys across the street.

(I like their new-ish one, "to the 5 boroughs", as well!)
Yeah, for me there's nothing like old school hip-hop when I'm on a deadline, not to mention that Paul's Boutique is one of my favorite albums of all time!
