The camping trip was lovely. The kids loved swimming all day long, the campfire, the mad libs. The lake was pretty, the campground was pretty good. Our spot under the manzanitas was really nice.
Next weekend's camping is a more serious endeavor, and I hope we're up for it. This time we're going over the Sierras to Grover Hot Springs where they have actual bears and weather conditions.

Where did you guys go? I want to get new ideas for places to go. I'm camping next weekend, too! Too bad you can't make it to the big ladyfest with us, but I'm glad that you can take the kids out there.
