yeah...so

I am so tired. I'm sorry this thing is so often about sleeping and not sleeping.

Even with a short nap today, I'm just exhausted and sad, and I didn't get anything done.

It is so hard for me to get to sleep most nights, and I'm not sure what to do about it, and when I'm this tired all the time everything seems overwhelming.

Okay gotta go get the kids on their little way to bed.
